Written independently — not by any network

Seven networks.
One honest look at all of them.

We dig through Three, O2, EE, Tesco Mobile, Vodafone, Sky Mobile, and iD Mobile, and write up what we find in plain English — no prices, no sponsored placements, no favourites.

Why "independent" actually matters here: none of the seven networks below pay us, edit us, or get extra space because of it. We built this site by reading the same public test data and policy pages you could read yourself — we've just put it in one place and written it up plainly.

Quick answers

Before you write in, have a look here.

Are you part of any network, even loosely?
+
No — not Three, not O2, not EE, not Tesco Mobile, not Vodafone, not Sky Mobile, and not iD Mobile. We're a small independent team that writes guides; none of those companies fund us or review what we publish.
If I ring your number, who actually answers?
+
One of our own small team, who'll tell you straight away that you've reached neylscout, not a network. We can talk through how plans work, but we have no way into anyone's account.
Why is there no pricing anywhere on this site?
+
Because by the time we publish a figure, it's often already out of date. We'd rather explain how a tariff is structured and let you confirm the actual cost with the network when you're ready.
Do you push people toward any one network?
+
No — we give each of the seven networks on this site roughly the same depth of coverage, and we don't get paid extra to favour one over another.
Can you switch my plan or fix a billing problem for me?
+
No, we genuinely can't — that has to go through the network itself, since they're the only ones with access to your account.
How do I move my number to a new network?
+
Text PAC to 65075 from your current phone. You'll get a free code by text within a few minutes, good for 30 days. Hand that code to your new network and the move happens within a working day.
Which network covers the most ground in 2026?
+
Independent testers currently put EE ahead for overall signal reliability, with O2 just behind once you count its new satellite layer, and Three leading on peak speed in several trials. Our Coverage guide breaks this down network by network.
Is roaming abroad still free anywhere?
+
O2 is the one major network still including EU roaming free as standard. Three's Go Roam reaches further afield — up to 163 destinations — but with a tighter monthly cap while you're away.
My monthly bill went up without warning — what now?
+
Since January 2025, any rise has to be quoted in exact pounds and pence when you sign up. If yours wasn't, you can usually leave penalty-free within 30 days of being told. Our Rights guide covers this in full.
How do I take a complaint further if my network won't budge?
+
Give them six weeks to sort it first. After that, you can escalate for free to an independent ombudsman — which one depends on your network, and we list that in our Rights guide.

Tell us in writing if you can — we'll get back to you properly rather than rushing it on a call.

A quick note on who we are: neylscout (neylscout.online) is run by independent researchers, not by any mobile network. We write about Three, O2, EE, Tesco Mobile, Vodafone, Sky Mobile, and iD Mobile because people ask us about them — none of these companies sponsor us, pay us, or have any say in what we publish. We are not a reseller and we never sell airtime, SIMs, or contracts through this site, and you won't find a single price on these pages, because prices move too often for us to keep accurate. If you ring the number on this site or fill in our form, you'll reach our own small team — never a network's official support desk, and never anyone able to touch your account. Every brand name and logo colour you see here belongs to the company it names; we use them only so you can tell which network a page is about, not to suggest any partnership. Treat everything here as a starting point for your own research, and check the final word with the network directly before you commit to anything.
One more thing: We will never ask you to read out a one-time passcode, your card's security number, or your online banking login — not on this site, not by email, not on a call. Genuine network staff don't need these either. If a call ever feels off, end it and ring back using the number printed on your last bill.
